Eligibility depends on many overlapping conditions. The product had to stay accurate while never feeling like a form from an agency.

Rules first, AI where it helps.
Deterministic rules decide eligibility. An AI layer explains results in plain Swedish, answers follow-up questions and points to the source for every claim.
Every step is designed to be understandable on a phone, in one sitting.
03Build
Traceable by design.
Each answer links back to the rule and source that produced it, so content can be reviewed and updated without touching the application code.
